THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL! It was Christmas day and they didn’t have to be happy to be there (and probably weren’t)- but their attitudes reflected nothing but professionalism and kindness. The information provided (about Covid) helped to clear up some questions and make decisions- very much appreciated!
