The visit was handled very professionally however the wait time was excessive. I had a 6:15 pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 6:40 pm.

Visited for first time June 7 for suspected broken bone. Front desk associate was very pleasant and efficient. MA did his job well as did X-ray tech. I was very pleased with Dr. Nasrin Raina. She exhibited excellent diagnostic skill, and was very compassionate, kind, and took time to explain the treatment plan.

Made an appointment on line..I went to the office off of southside Blvd and everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr Lily-Cuevas was very gave a through examination checked all of my vitals . My appointment was at 10:45 and I was out 11:20-good job.
