I had a cyst on my neck that needed attention but my primary care doctor was not available for several day. I checked with Care Spot and saw an online appointment schedule available and booked the next available time. i completed all the online documentation ahead of time and when I showed up to my appointment, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I received the information I needed for proper care and the staff was extremely nice and friendly

It was easy to book an appointment online. The staff were effiient and courteous. The medical team was wonderful, friendly and compassionate. I will definitely go back again for care, if necessary.
