My entire experience with CareSpot was seamless. From check in Yeisha was amazing and informed me what to expect. Jia helped me to my room and was patient as I tried to let her know why I was coming in to be seen. Joanne Kemp was kind and explained what tests she wanted to perform and why she wanted to do them. Margaret performed my testing and explained what to expect and was patient while I prepared myself for a throat swab. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping to make my visit a great one.
