Helpful and friendly staff

I was very happy with the service at MedPost! I called to make a same day appointment. The front desk was very polite and curious. The nurse took me in after 30 minutes. The doctor saw me shortly after that. I felt like he did a very good job. I was diagnosed with pneumonia. They could tell by the X-rays that they took right there. They gave me a shot and a prescription to help me breathe. I am so thankful for how well the whole staff took care of me!

It was fast and convenient for a sports physical. The only thing keeping me from a 10 is the customer service side at the front desk. The woman that assisted us provided mediocre service, not helping to feel welcomed.

I love the Dr. or PA that saw me on 6/9/21. She actualy touched my foot (with gloves) and pressed it to see where the pain was. She broke it down for me & explained everything to me. I wish She could be my primary Dr because she made me feel human again. The receptionist was awesome too! Very helpful If more people who work in medical offices were like these two, the medical industry would be a much better place.
