It’s fast, the staff is friendly and I feel safe in telling the doctors/nurses everything without judgement. I also really love that I’m not judged for being self pay! I can’t express how much CareSpot has helped me!

The doctor I saw was very kind and knowledgeable, gave 100% of his attention to me and took all of my concerns seriously. I have been to many other places where I feel I am being written off, but Dr. Trach listened. All the medication he prescribed for my sinus infection/conjunctivitis worked almost instantly. After 5 days of suffering I can finally sleep well and it is all thanks to him and his team.

Made my app’t, took me at that time, Dr was in within a few minutes and took care of the issue I was there for. Very clean and efficient. My second time there and am very happy.

I liked that I could reserve my spot in line and stay at home until it was my turn. It was great to not have to wait for 2 hours while I wasn’t feeling the best. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Quick service, very kind, and friendly…and the Dr. Put a smile on my face! Thank you. You don’t have a “sterile” approach to a patient. That makes a patient uncomfortable.

I was able to schedule online and be seen the same day on a weekend, with a short wait time. The offices were clean, and the doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all helpful, respectful, and professional.

Offer a host of services. Front desk person very pleasant as was the PA. The med tech was rather abrupt or curt in her manor.

Medpost staff interior operations epitomized excellence. For example, the receptionist in process and coordinating with the medical professionals was superb. Another example of excellence…the medical specialist meticulous examined me and prescribed the appropriate treatment.
