When I walked in and gave an explanation for my medical problem and whether there was someone there to treat it, I was given an appointment for one hour later. Since I live close by, I was able to go home in the meantime and did not have to sit in the waiting room. When I returned, I did not have to wait very long to be admitted for examination. The nurse taking my medical information and the doctor who attended to my needs were polite and professional.
