It all started with the phone call. The lady who called back to confirm the appointment was very pleasant during the call. Then the nice ladies at the front desk were fast at processing me in and finally when I got in to see the PA, Safarini Nyaggah she was very thorough, kind and didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me out. Very good experience on every level.
