Everyone was very kind to me and helpful. The only problem was the broken x-ray so I had to go to Rockwall, but that couldn’t be helped. The staff were all very considerate at both Sachse and Rockwall and I’m on my way to better health.

The staff was very attentive and the nurse and doctor were very nice and thorough. Filled out my paperwork at the time of scheduling my appointment so I didn’t have to wait long at all to get seen.

It’s easier to use than ER. More convenient. Front ofc staff has usually been friendly, helpful quick. Back ofc staff has usually been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. One thing could be better is the phones. Hard to get through. Then long hold times. Have made appt online. But if you have a medical question, can’t get through to ask about it.
