The staff was nice and allowed me to reschedule later in the day. I was trying to do a drug screen and was unable to provide a sample at initial appointment. I came and provided the sample. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

EVERYTHING! From the time I walked in until I walked out, from the receptionist to the PA, everyone was so welcoming and professional. I was on edge from the accident I was coming in for but everyone just made me feel so comfortable and that I was in great care.
