I was unable to make an apt but the front desk was very up front that it could be a long wait and was very friendly about it. However I luckily only waited 15 minutes and got the nicest nurses/drs helping me

Despite the time of having to wait to have my daughter see someone, the staff was actually very professional and sensitive to my daughters situation. The Doctor on duty actually assisted with ensuring my kiddo about her diagnosis & speaking with her about the chances of her having a Virus versus having COVID! She didn’t make any promises, but at least her ability to ease the nerves of a 12 year old made all the difference for a peaceful day & night in my home! I really appreciate the level of CARE & Professionalism from the front desk to the back office! 🙂

The doctor was thorough and very patient with questions. Office was clean and not crowded. Overall, staff was very efficient, friendly and organized.

The receptionist was very courteous and answered my questions. She was very professional. All the physicians and attendants were likewise very helpful and professional. I felt very satisfied in the care I received. I was surprised that the restroom didn’t have a sink where I was asked to provide a urine sample. This was a negative for the facility.

The staff was very friendly and professional. My wait time was quick, and I was in and out in a hour. The MA(Medical assistant) was helpful, and helped me to see the PA(Physician assistant) in no time. The PA was very knowledgeable. He explained everything from my health to medication thoroughly, and answered all my many questions.
