I came over at about 1 PM and the receptionist behind the desk told me they take walk ins after 3:30. I came back and I was taken right away. The nurse and the PA were very pleasant.

The doctor was kind, funny with both my son and myself. The wait was quick is in your own car. They’ll call you when room is cleaned and ready for you. The staff was awesome.

I went there for a rapid Covid test. I made the appointment the day before. The receptionist had a wonderful manner and led me through the intake procedure. I was asked to sit in my car until I was called. That took less than 2 minutes. The person who took my vitals and administered the test was very friendly and professional. Ten minutes later I got my results, which were positive. The PA explained what it meant and gave me instructions on what I needed to know and do going forward. It was a pleasant experience. I contacted people I had been in contact with over the past week and recommended they go to CareSpot for testing.

The doctor was very nice specific clear and serious about talking when you talk he was listening carefully he was really helpful and he gave you a really good instructions step by steps and I thought he is just great
