Prompt professional checkin process. Once the medical assistant called me back, she gave me her undivided attention as she explained each step of my evaluation. I believe her name was Berna, she was both relaxed and efficient and gave very clear and thorough instructions throughout.

front desk was very patience even though the actual patients had no patience. my only complaint is when someone asks for your driver’s license, they should do whatever they need to do right away and not do something else and still have my license.
