The clerk ( Sara Golden )was awesome and so helpful , the Nurse was rude , inconsiderate and didn’t complete my forms(Salazar). The fit test was crazy for the N95 mask, she sprayed me 15-20 times without my mask on first. Horrible taste and I could hardly breathe. Then made me wait 10 minutes before the test or to see if I died. She didn’t complete my paperwork for the new job and I had to get the clerk to correct it. The unit was clean and tidy, The other staff was friendly. Thank you for helping me meet my deadlines.

In the past I had not to good experience, but this last one I can say I received a good costumer service, I scheduled an appointment online and the time I had to wait to see the doctor was less than 15 minutes. Personnel were kind and treated us with respect (something that didn’t happen in past experiences). Congratulations, CARE SPOT listened what I said in the past and corrected what was not to good!!!
