My visit for frightening symptoms was promptly addressed. Both the nurse and doctor who attended to me were kind, calming, and efficient. Also, they took the time to explain things to me and recommend future course of action. I believe the nurse was Carol, but I missed the doctor’s name. I was very scared and upset. She was great. I am very glad Care Spot was there and I did not have to add to hospital ER burden at this time.
