I was I call in. This process worked very well. The staff (the front desk, the X-ray technologist, and the Physician) were very professional and caring. Everyone showed compassion to the fact I was ill and downright miserable. I very much appreciated the computer monitor on the wall. The monitor on the wall kept me well advised of what position I was in on the waiting list. After leaving the waiting room and being seen, continuous updates were given by friendly staff members. Additionally, I was checked on numerous times while waiting in the exam room. Many thanks for the hospitality and professionalism.
