It was clean! And quiet. Not very busy inside so places to sit, my concerns were all addressed. Friendly staff.

Had a very good visit, was seen quickly after filling out first time paperwork. Doctor was nice and very helpful. My only problem was that when I left the office I was told my prescription was sent to Walgreens. A hour later I call Walgreens and they do not have a record of this. I call Carespot to let them know and someone says they are sending over to Walgreens again. I wait two days with no words. I call Carespot again and get transferred twice. Now, I am told, I was handed a script on my way out and I need to hand that to Walgreens. I was never handed a script for my medication and after explaining twice on the phone, the prescription was finally sent to Walgreens.

Fast. Buy you have one serious issue with your phone system. No one ever answers. And then you can’t even stay in the queue. Asks to leave message but no one returns calls.

This was my first time here and I was very impressed with this clinic. I was seen at my appointment time and the practitioner was kind and thorough. I didn’t feel like my care was being rushed. The staff and nurse were really nice too. I am moving further away from the clinic but will make the drive in the future if needed.
