The doctor and nurse were very friendly and tended to my needs quickly and professionally. The receptionist in the front could’ve been a little friendlier. I definitely will use this clinic for minor medical issues in the future.

Making my appointment online was easy. Check in was efficient and I didn’t wait long. I have had multiple visits to the Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee Florida location and have never been disappointed. I have walked out of the location on Rte 50 in Ocoee due to poor customer service. I will only go to the Kissimmee location.

I love the service I recieved in person because it was kind fast and efficient. However I don’t approve of their productivity with phone calls. I’ve been calling to find out my results as well as report a reaction to what I’ve been taking and the automated voice message hang up on me every time at any time of day.
