How quickly I was seen by the doctor. I phoned early Saturday and was given an estimated time of 1:45. I was seen quickly after that. The doctor was thorough with me, called in my prescriptions, and I was on my way to feeling better by late afternoon.

I made an appointment so the wait wasn’t as bad as usual. It still took well over an hour to be seen by the doctor. The staff was very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and fairly empty when I went so that made me happy. The doctor, Dr. Laureano was a tad abrupt and rushed through my exam. I didn’t feel like I really knew what was wrong when I left but kept doing what I was advised to do to feel better.

The PA we saw, Nichole at Durbin Station was beyond helpful. She was thorough and took the time to see my daughter and understand her symptoms. I was so grateful because we had seen a doctor at Nite Lites that said my daughter’s sickness was viral, when it clearly was not. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful under COVID exhaustion working conditions. I thanked all of them for a fantastic job.

Although the waiting room was very full, the staff was friendly and polite to me. I was feeling sick and one patient gave me her chair so I would not have to stand. The doctor was SO KIND! He helped me down from the chaise lounge so I could sit on a chair where I had back support. Most doctors are not as solicitious as he is and I appreciate it. btw, does he have a private practice, in case I could switch to him?
