Cleanliness of the place. I don’t understand in the past when I went there, no walk ins were allowed, even though there are signs in the front that say walk ins are accepted.

I was a walk in and did not have to wait as long as I thought I would. It was pretty quick my getting back to see the nurse practitioner. She knew exactly what I had and she fixed it and gave me advice on what to do. Even though she doesn’t work there usually she was very good.
