The receptionist saw that we were attended to very quickly. The doctor was very friendly but I could tell that he was also very thorough in his evaluation of the situation, making sure my daughter understood her treatment options. He took great care of her surfing cut and didn’t make us feel like idiots because we were a bit freaked out that she’d passed out on the way to the urgent care. That CareSpot was the closest to the beach where my daughter had her surfing injury which is why we chose it. We don’t live in that area but, if given the choice, we’ll definitely drive the extra miles to go to that urgent care should we ever need it again (hopefully not!). But it’s nice to know there’s an urgent care we can go where we’re not treated like cattle. Thank you, and well done!!
