Clean, kind and helpful staff, short wait time considering I was a walk in for Covid testing.

Responsive desk staff, who recognized the need for me to be seen asap with my leg wound. Thoroughness of Dr Garcia in treating wound (- now infected) and referring me to Wound Care. However, # you provide for Wound Care is not correct. The Real Wound Care at Baptist is NOT connected to CareSpot. I found out after not getting a call Ever. I found correct # on my own. Suggest you get this better coordinated. As I lost almost a week in reaching them. Not good when I had open infected wound and cellulitis.
