Friendly caring environment with very friendly and professional staff.

I was treated respectfully and efficiently by entire staff. I feel they were overwhelmed as it took me 4 days to get COVID testing appointment and another four days to get my results. Bad situation. My only criticism was that I saw a provider when I was there only for testing. She retold me everything my primary care physician had told me days earlier. That hadn’t been explained beforehand. I would use this location again.

We did not have to wait a long time. The staff was pleasant and so was the doctor. Now I was told by the doctor the results would be in in 2-4 days. If that’s true I will recommend the pla e to more people. I already recommended it to a couple of friends who went to be tested.

My doc is nearing retirement and working less hours. It’s impossible to be seen for an urgent health care matter. Care Spot, even in these crazy times, is able to get me in, get me treated and get me out fairly quickly.

PA Trevino is amazing and absolutely helpful. Staff is so helpful and just genuinely nice. Med post is my go to urgent care for our whole family.
