I walked in and was informed there was a long wait but they would call me – which they did! Excellent customer service using the ‘call back’ process. Also, once I went “to the back” I was in and out in a few minutes – again great customer focused processes. Staff was very helpful.

Very clean and inviting care center. The front desk technicians were professional and helpful. They explained and assist with the testing process, which aided me to complete my testing in a timely manner. Thank you to your great staff!

Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Keep you informed of wait times, delays etc. Matt Belmont is great, he listens and explains what is going on, or why something should be done. On a side note, they could do with more staff as that location is constantly busy and will probably be moreso through flu season with COVID in the mix.
