I was able to get an appointment for Covid testing, when for the previous 4 days before I was told about CareSpot, I was unable to get through to anyone by telephone and had no success on line. Also the place was clean, social distancing was in place and all the staff was very pleasant, friendly and understanding. I have already recommended CareSpot to another person.

The staff was very pleasant and attentive. I did not feel rushed through my appointment visit like a fast food drive through. Nor did the PA/Doc that saw me hold back on informing me of my medication options/choices. They were quick to give me the option of a shot or oral RX. I miss the days back when I could just get a shot & begin to feel remedy quicker!! It was a nice, clean, calm environment. Not sure if it was because of the time of my appt (evening) or what but I have already began to recommend it to my friends.
