I was so impressed with how professional, patient & kind everyone was. It’s quite different there than it was 2 years ago, when I needed to go here. The woman working at the front desk really knew what she was doing. She was very kind to every single person, as everyone that works there was. It was SO busy, they were absolutely swamped, but not too busy to be kind and thorough. The nurse was excellent, I really like her, she was professional, courteous and knew what she was doing. Now Victor Cisneros, my word! This man was the only physician with a waiting room jam packed and a line of 20+ people waiting to be seen. He went from room to room to room to room, non stop for the nearly 3 hours I was there. He could use at least 2 more physicians to help with the unbelievable workload. SO many sick or hurt people. He was still kind, personable, courteous and instilled confidence. I will recommend Care Spot. They were sure good to me. God bless all of those working there.

From the online schedule and registration the process was very smooth. The receptionist was really nice and caring and the doctor is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and I am grateful for that. Thank you for all you do everyday!

We went to the Kenworthy street, medpost and the nurse we got was amazing. She made my two children and myself feel very comfortable and she answered all my questions and was very patient. As well as the dr that was working that day. (Tim Dalimata)
