Your staff were very friendly and listened to the issues I had. They did not just assume I had COVID. I had made a call to my Dr. Office and they told me that because I had not been in to see them in 3 years, I had to be reestablished as a new patient and they didnt have those kind of appointments available!! They have no idea what the last 3 years of my life have been like and did not even care enough to find out. I was very sick the last several days and had an extreme sore throat. Spent 4 1/2 hours waiting to be seen at Centra Care in Clermont the day before being seen by you. Was told the wait would be 3 hours. Tried to be as patient as possible but after 4 1/2 Hours was told they did not know how much longer my wait would be and that there were still several people ahead of me. I felt so bad I could not wait any longer!! I am so thankful my sister told me about you! Saved my seat in line via online and minimum wait upon arrival. Was seen, was diagnosed and recieved prescription. Today, 24 hours later I am no longer in severe pain and will be able to return to work tomorrow to make up for some lost time! Thank You to you all for listening and caring enough to help me feel better!!

Great staff and professional customer service in-person and over the phone. I truly felt the entire staff personally cared about me. The office is clean and inviting, as well.
