I was impressed that I didn’t have to go through several numbers to speak to someone about the test. The instructions were clear. The person I spoke to have clear instructions. When we got to the Center it was very clean. Forms were easy to complete. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our first time but I would definitely recommend the service.

I think Dr. Jacob and all of the staff are great. I feel very comfortable coming to care spot because if there’s something that I’m not understanding the doctor has a way of explaining it differently to help me out each time. I would definitely recommend CareSpot to everyone I know.
