Quick appointment/exam times, also staff is always very friendly even when they are very busy. They also don’t seem to rush exams just to get you in and out and on to next person.

Me gusta la atención; aunque el viernes que estuve allí, me si cuenta de una falencia en el from desk, llegaron unas personas que no hablaban nada de inglés por una prueba de COVID ; y ninguno de los 2 empleados pudo ayudarlo; es una sugerencia que en cada turno debería haber una persona bilingüe Español/English. Algunas personas hablamos un poco el Inglés y muchos empleados no tienen paciencia y son hasta desplicentes.

It was easy from a mobile device to make an appointment or wait in virtual line. Not so much from my PC. I didn’t see a wait in line option on my PC.

Had to get TB skin test for work. Like the convenience of location and can do on my own time to get results read. In and out both times in less than 15 minutes. See you next year.
