The office was clean, the staff we nice even if overwhelmed. There wasn’t anything they could do for me except recommend I go to an ER and the closest ones to the office.

The receptionist, Asia, was kind, patient and efficient. She also had a well kept, professional appearance. There wasn’t an inordinate amount of wait time between being called back to the patient exam rooms, being seen by the nurse and being seen by the medical supervisor on duty. My husband was waiting to see the doctor in the next exam room, so she kindly told me I could go to his room when we finished

After making an appointment, I have never had to wait long to see a health professional. The woman at the front desk has been cordial and attentive both times I have had to use their services. Smiling and friendly isn’t always what first meets a patient, but I think the Orange Park Care Spot on Kingsley Avenue has that initial meeting perfected. I have been greeted in a friendly manner twice now. The August 14th visit was a life saver for me as the nurse practitioner immediately recognized that my lethargy and fatigue were due to a medication I had been taking for the past two weeks. With only four hours of sleep per night after I began that med and surgery in June, I was exhausted both physically and mentally. I stopped the med yesterday and felt a lot better today. Tomorrow should be even better! Thank you, Care Spot!!!!
