I like when I can actually get in for an urgent matter to see someone. I would like to be able to know where I am in line through the web scheduling or even a simple text message to avoid having to wait in the facility, especially during covid. The online scheduling works fine but if you use the hold my spot in line, it doesn’t appear to do anything more than walking in.

As a walk in patient they were still pretty quick about getting me in to see the doctors. They staff was very friendly and seem to be concerned about helping me.
