Front desk associate was very helpful with the paperwork and making a call on my behalf to confirm workers comp coverage, and I was seen within 30 minutes. Both the doctor and the nurse who attended to me were very professional and gave me the information I needed to treat my wound. I have a follow up appointment in 4 days. Service was much better than another chain urgent care center I went to down the street closer to my home. I will definitely use Care Spot as my primary urgent care center moving forward.
