The location is convenient. They staff is friendly and professional. If My kids are unable to be seen as a walk in at that moment they call me back and work to fit my kids in to get seen.

I liked the front office and the Dr I saw. Very friendly and informative my only problem is that I was really not feeling well I scheduled an appointment online at 3pm. At 3:40 I still hadn’t been taken back. There is a reason why you have online scheduling and there’s a reason why people use it I almost left because I was feeling ill my daughter went up to the front to see how much longer it would be she was told by the front office staff that there was a problem with the scheduling online that it booked four appointments at three. I know things happen but you really need to look into that because when someone does not feel good and they schedule an appointment they expect to be seen within an acceptable time. Other than that everything was good Thank you [NAME REMOVED]

The staff was professional and worked at a quick pace. They were able to answer all my questions. I liked that they acknowledge you as you walked in and assisted you right away.

The major factor was the PA that took care of me actually took the time to listen to what was ailing me and made some logical suggestions. Just excellent work. Staff was very cortious also.
