Friendly, helpful staff that emphasizes safety during the pandemic. I also appreciated being able to schedule a same-day appointment online. The only knock I would give is that I had to wait about 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I understand they were busy, but perhaps they were short-staffed that day.

Tara (i think that is her name! It was 6ish on Monday night) the intake nurse was awesome! I got my tb test for work as a walk in. It took 30 minutes total. Super efficient, friendly and professional!

I have gone to this CareSpot a few times. I love the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Greeted by a friendly receptionist and just overall friendly and easy to talk to. The place is clean and I always feel welcomed every time I walk in. The doctor is very nice and shows concerns for his patients. I have always done walk ins and I was never there longer than 30 min. I love CareSpot in Hialeah, FL. 5 stars for sure !

The young ladies at check-in were not just polite, they were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was very easy and the wait was short, even though they were juggling phone calls with getting new arrivals and helping people with paperwork. Within a few minutes I was called back for my procedure and once again a friendly face welcomed me. These gals are top-notch workers. I was very impressed by all 3 of them.

I imagine it can be a high stress place, yet every staff member remained calm and efficient. They used my name and were very accommodating for my disability.
