The staff was very friendly and helpful. The clinician that saw me was helpful and thorough. I was worked in so the wait was over an hour but with a work-in appointment, I can understand. Everyone was very apologetic about the wait. I would go back.

Great customer service. Front office staff were efficient, courteous, helpful, and candid. They did a great job managing patients’ expectations as we walked in for covid tests. The medical staff were also efficient and displayed great bedside manner. A pleasant experience, the medical anxiety aside.
