My first time in med post was 3 years ago and I loved it because it was walk in and they were fast and friendly. Now with the pandemic they take it by appointment which wasn’t bad I got it one day to the next and the wait wasn’t fast due to new rules cause of COVID but it still was fast and friendly . Really recomendable .

EVERYONE on staff was friendly and helpful from the people who took info at the front desk to the people who treated me. They practiced social distancing, wore masks and required patients to do likewise, and after filling out the forms allowed me to wait in my car until my turn to be treated. The process was very efficient (only a 30 min wait until I was called ) and made me feel very safe in this pandemic time. I received clear instructions regarding what to do and left glad I had come. When I returned home, I realized my phone must have fallen from my purse in the office since I had had it in the car while waiting prior to that. Having no phone to call and check, I just returned to the Care Spot. My phone was at the front desk and I was back home in no time! Hopefully my tests results will also be quick. Altogether a very positive experience. Thank you all.
