Great service! It was tough to find an appointment online but I called and the receptionist was able to squeeze me in. The doctor was very knowledgable and took her time explaining the different things that could be happening and ways she ruled out what it could be. She was very patient and answered all our questions.

Everyone was friendly, efficient, and helpful, from the front desk check-in people to the nurses who administered the test. You provided a service that I needed done quickly due to an upcoming surgery. After checking with several other sources about Covid testing, I was getting stressed about the lack of availability of appointments in Gainesville. When I called Care Spot, I was able to get an appointment that day even though I was not a patient in the UF Shands network. I truly appreciated your services. Thank you!
