The New Braunfels location was very very disappointing because the young girl at the front desk had an attitude like I don’t give a F***. and didnt want to help out, The location in San Marcos was a different story thou. The young lady at the front desk was a professional and very respectful and had a great attitude and wanted to help out the customer.

The staff is very pleasant and they work hard to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. The PA, Natalie, was very good and was able to remove a tiny shard of glass from my finger.

The thoughtfulness in the text message, asking if wanted/needed a call back after seeing and being diagnosed with the illness. The physician and staff members were knowledgeable, efficient, kind and friendly.
