I had never been here so when I walked in and was greeted by the person at the front desk politely, I was already glad to be there. This is important to most people. It almost tells you the visit is going to go well. I didn’t wait long, was checked in quickly and didn’t wait long for treatment. The assistant let me know what he was doing and why if I asked. The physicians’ assistant explained the treatment he was doing and gave me full instructions for the treatment I should do at home after leaving. He also prescribed for me an antibiotic and took a culture for analysis to rule out other complications he thought could happen. The healing progressed at home as the PA thought it should. A few days later I got a call telling me the analysis was negative and there were no other concerns. The hand healed completely and I am very happy with the treatment I received, both personally and professionally. Thank you, [NAME REMOVED]

Everyone was both very polite and very kind during my visit to the Orange Park CareSpot location. Everyone also did their very best to accommodate me with my Learning Disability… So, even with the strict Covid-19 protocols in place I’m very glad they allowed for my Dad to still be able to help me with the filling out of my medical forms and other information. The front fest and how polite they are to people no matter how crowded they are. Also the entire staff. They all are gifted by God’s Hrace! Another thing is how they try to keep you safe. They let you ho to your car and call you when it’s time for your appointment.
