Your facility is very clean, and the nurse and physician’s assistant were very pleasant and efficient, and I didn’t need to wait a long time to get an appointment, or in the office on the day of my appointment. Also, my pharmacy had their prescription for me filled right away.

Staff is always amazing. Care spot is always very clean. I love the easy online scheduling of appointments because there is a high call demand and its just easier to go online. Im also from Tallahassee so moving to Jacksonville I didnt have an urgent care. I am glad I picked Care Spot!!!!!

PA & nursing staff took the time listen to what I had to say without rushing me. They cared. The results to my testing was fast, only took one day!

Friendly, helpful, understanding, availability for walk-ins, Aug 19th– Arnp was awesome even though busy. Karen at desk was multi tasking but still keeping up w everyone and very pleasant! Cleanliness of the place also good!
