The nurses and others were helpful and attentive. Time frame of waiting to see a nurse took some time, but it is something we all should expect in this current event of all the illnesses.

The CareSpot East Sand Lake was very busy when I went and it seemed like it was understaffed. The reason why I gave it a 10 is because despite the long wait times the staff were all handling it the best they could. Once I was called back I was in and out in a timely manner.
