Front desk personnel were courteous, pleasant and professional. Nurse practitioner Debacher was excellent, great bedside manner. I seen or consulted with 3 other medical persons with no diagnosis or action plan.. nurse Debacher quickly identified the problem and suggested a possible answer. 48 hours later my symptoms have disappeared. Thank you all at Medpost

The friendliness and the prompt service

Although the front desk person was very busy, he was professional and kind. The NP who gave my daughter her physical was also great. My only concern is that people who were there for covid tests (and who obviously were sick)…..I think everyone should be asked to wait in their cars until you’re ready for us.

Service was good. Front desk was great. The person at the desk communicating the process and timing seems to be the key to MedPost visits. I have encountered very rude uncaring people at this location. Staff was also kind. The Doctor was also great and thorough I am not healed yet, but better. Dave
