I was unable to get an appointment with my Primary Doctor and had become very ill, many symptoms among COVID symptoms. I looked on my insurance site and saw that your Urgent Care was in my network. I went in and was told that all walk-in appointments had been booked for the day, but I could make an appointment for the next day, which I did. I arrived the next day, the wait time was about an hour (no big deal for as busy as they were) and I was seen. A COVID test was administered along with a strep test. I was very happy with the PA I saw and all the staff there were very professional and polite. I was sent home with prescriptions (which they called in for me) and all in all, I was very happy with the visit. I’ll be back anytime I can’t get into see my regular doctor and it can’t wait.
