The doctors are usually female and are very detail oriented. I actually trust them treating me, because of this, more so than my doctor’s office. They were courteous, professional and friendly. There were times where my own doctor couldn’t see me but CareSpot could. I really appreciate them when I am in need!

Receptionist, nurse and PA were all friendly yet efficient. PA and nurse both welcomed questions. Everyone observed masking requirements. Receptionist did an excellent job of handling many patients calmly, kindly and with good humor. Prescription was at the store by the time I arrived there directly after the Care Spot visit.
