I was very impressed with the receptionist at the Oviedo office on Mitchell Hammock Road. She was friendly . The day I went in, there had been two CareSpot in the area that had closed in the morning without any reason and this location was the only one close to my house and accepting patients. The receptionist handled the situation with class! Once, I was able to see the doctor, she also, was short and sweet and very knowledgeable with the symptoms I was having. She offered alittle humor which nowadays to me are very important.

Was able to make an appointment and was seen within a few minutes of the scheduled time. Everyone in the office, from the front desk, nurse and doctor, were very friendly and helpful. I quickly received an ear infection diagnosis and prescriptions were immediately sent to my designated pharmacy.

Dr Mohiuddin was fantastic, and his bedside manner is excellent. He didn’t give flippant responses or “I don’t know” to inquiries. He was professional and caring.

It is a very clean and organized clinic. I liked that if you have symptoms of having covid that you wait in your car. There is also a big size waiting room. Staff is friendly as well
