I like the decor and dim lighting of the reception area. I did not have to wait very long because there was only one person ahead of me, which was nice. The Collector who assisted me was kind as well.

I was certainly impressed with the whole staff! They were helpful throughout the whole process. Amanda was extremely patient and helpful with getting me the soonest available appointment and the staff that helped push my test through to get my results back before my procedure.
