The facility was extremely clean and felt safe. The nurse and the doctor were wonderful. They listened well to symptoms and were compassionate and great about giving information about the condition and treatment.

The staff there are so much friendlier than at other urgent care facilities in Fort Lauderdale. From the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. I have to pass another urgent care facility on my way to Care Spot, but the extra drive is worth it in my opinion!
