I went twice in three days for a sore throat with swelling in the back of it. The first time I was swabbed for strep and was told it was negative and was sent on my way. Two days later it was worse. I came in, was swabbed again and again told it was not strep. This time I was prescribed amoxiciln. Within 24 hours I was in the emergency room as my throat had closed entirely. I could not talk or swallow. They diagnosed an absess in the back of my throat within seconds. They drained it, gave me better antibiotics and within hours I was well again. Disappointment as to my treatment and release without any help from this clinic borders on negligence. I would love my $50 refunded to me

Everything was great and both the nurse and the the NP that I saw were very helpful, attentive and thorough.Everything ran smoothly and on time. However, I was more than a little surprised that the person who checked me in wasn’t wearing a mask. She stated she was unconcerned for her health, but as I understand it, in general, masks are to protect other people from you in case you are asymptomatic. She was taking everyone’s licenses and insurance cards at an urgent care, and I was specifically there to be tested for covid. Potentially exposing and infecting her and then everyone else she comes into contact with.

I had my negative results paperwork from virus testing.no one cared.I had to where their mask not mine and sit back in the car till called.The doctor treated me with respect and was a good explanation of my problem though
