Clean office. Very clear regulations for entering. The front desk people were very professional & knowledgeable and made me feel safe. The assistant NP (the man who took my temp & BP) was very professional, hygienic, & thorough. Very helpful and willing to answer questions. I called with a lot of questions & they answered the phone, let me know that they were currently very busy and the NP would call me back to answer my questions. I thought I was just getting a brush off, but I did receive a call back within an hour or so!

Dr. Jenny was a bit intimidating when I went for covid19 testing. Very interrogative with bias.

The staff is efficient and Dr Marsha is always honest with her thoughts and diagnoses (not your typical doctor who rushes through the process).

The customer service was superb might I say! And me being a woman and having an all women care spot was not alarming to my nerves.

When I scheduled I said I had possible COVID-19 symptoms and was requesting a test, but they had me go inside, enter info on an electronic pad, and sit in the waiting room with everyone else. I was a little surprised they didn’t just have me stay in the car and answer questions over the phone. I needed to go inside for a physical exam and chest x-ray anyway, but they didn’t necessarily need to have me sitting in one of their rooms for an hour and a half, possibly spreading germs. (I was negative.) Also, I never received a phone call with my x-ray and flu test results. I got them when a person called 6 1/2 days later to give me the COVID-19 test results and told him no one called me about the other tests.
