The receptionist was pretty rude. Both times I’ve been there in the past year I’ve even disappointed by the receptionists lack of professionalism and kindness. I watched them question someone who didn’t have a SS# who had to ask their husband for his. They were unwilling to look up my insurance information when I asked about copay. The general emotion from them was “I don’t have time for this, for you, can you please take a seat.” As the first face of Carespot, and especially during this challenging time, a friendly and kind presence goes a long way. I really love Carespot but didn’t appreciate the receptionists lack of professionalism.

We were very pleased with the own doctor that helped my husband with his cut that he had when he fell and skinned his arm and they were very prompt and we had been there before to care spot at another location but this is the one on Cesery Boulevard in Jacksonville Florida and they saw that he had been in the system right away and just went left and the insurance covered the visit but we were more impressed with the care that he got from The Young doctor so I did want to give them this information they’re already read it she gave us this happened on Friday May 15th at 5:30 or 6 near near to 6 a.m.

The wait time. I was walk in. I was told 1 patient ahead of me. After waiting over an hour in my car, I called to find out my status, I was now told there were 3 patients ahead of me??? Made to sense to me but the staff stated it was because other patients had scheduled appointments. Had I known the wait was going to be “over 3 hours long” by the time I was seen, I would have also made an appointment. I feel the staff misinformed me on my wait time and it made me upset.

quickly accessible online to make appointment, directions, check in procedures, etc. Very clean and new facility. Friendly and professional staff. Only negative is long wait for the PA to see me. But I will definitely recommend. Thank you for your care.
